Lesson 9 in Semester 2 is a strategic phase where Grade 6 students are expected to demonstrate analytical maturity and integrative understanding of IPAS concepts. At this level, instruction must not only reinforce mastery of scientific and social knowledge but also cultivate reflective and responsible thinking. This Teaching Module is structured in alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum framework implemented in Madrasah under the guidance of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, ensuring coherence with national educational standards.
Using a deep learning approach, Lesson 9 promotes inquiry-driven exploration, evidence-based reasoning, and interdisciplinary connections between natural and social systems. Students are encouraged to evaluate real-world issues, synthesize information from multiple sources, and present logical conclusions through structured discussion and reflective writing. Through the Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC), the module embeds spiritual awareness, ethical responsibility, collaboration, and environmental consciousness within each learning activity, reinforcing the holistic mission of Madrasah education.
The module includes clearly articulated learning objectives aligned with Phase C competencies, detailed instructional guidance, contextual learning tasks, and comprehensive formative and summative assessment instruments. Practical and adaptable, it supports teachers, principals, and supervisors in sustaining academic rigor and character development throughout Semester 2.
